Customer Service

At Pro Audio Systems, great service is always part of the deal. If you’re lucky enough to live close enough to visit us here in Bradford then we’d love to see you in person but if you’re a bit further away we never let the distance stand in the way of us doing what we do best!

Being located in Bradford we have a very loyal customer base in our local area including Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Halifax, Rochdale, Manchester and Liverpool. Clients from both our local area and much further afield rely on our expertise with wired and wireless microphones, loudspeakers, amplifiers, mixing consoles and complete PA systems.

We only work with partners whose people and products meet our own standards and these include some of the biggest and best names in the business - industry leaders like Sennheiser, Shure, Electro-Voice, RCF, Audio-Technica, Meyer Sound, Yamaha, DPA, QSC, Allen & Heath and others form part of our sales portfolio.

Not only do we stock a fantastic range of microphones, loudspeakers and amplifiers, we provide unrivalled customer care, advice and technical assistance to our customers. If you need some advice on any of our products or services – we’re here to help. If you need something quickly – we’re here to help. If you need hard-to-find specialist items, custom-made pieces, pointers on how to connect this to that – we’re here to help. We work really hard to be the kind of people we would like to buy from, and this level of service is often hard to find via impersonal and anonymous e:commerce sites.

One of our sales team will take personal responsibility for your order, from original contact to dispatch. They will help to spec the right equipment, process the order, where necessary place and chase orders with suppliers, and oversee the dispatch of goods. If you have a question at any time, pre or post sale, you can reach your dedicated contact who will be happy to help. We’ll also contact you by email or telephone, as many times as necessary, to ensure that you are kept informed every step of the way.

We aim to get your goods to you as quickly as possible, usually within 2 days of order. In fact, many orders are dispatched same day for next-day delivery. If your order will take a little longer, we will personally contact you to let you know.

Plus (unless agreed first), we don’t take any money from you until we dispatch your order. Our system takes your details but defers payments until we manually release them. This means no money leaves your bank until we send your goods, giving you peace of mind that we are doing everything we can to get you your equipment promptly.

Our goal is to add value to every transaction we handle, by delivering a personalised service to every client. There’s a whole world of choice out there, but here at Pro Audio Systems we believe that person-to-person contact is priceless - that belief is one of the building blocks of our business.

You can now recycle your old electricals with us.

If you’re buying a new electrical item, we will recycle your old one for free

Why recycle?

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment.  If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

We can help

We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items via our WEEE take back scheme.

For example, if a customer bought an item of EEE, such as a new mixing console from us, we would accept their old mixer providing that the WEEE returned is of equivalent type to and has fulfilled the same function as the new EEE. By disposing of it safely, we can ensure that it is prevented from going into a landfill site. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE?

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items.  In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.

Find more information on WEEE recycling, and locate your local recycling centre, at www.recyclenow.com.
