Our Delivery, Warranty & Returns Policies
Delivery
Orders received before 2pm will be shipped out for next day delivery (where ‘Available for next day delivery’ is stated). For some addresses next day delivery will not be available, and this will be indicated at checkout.
Shipping is via DPD Local and can be anytime between 8am and 5pm weekdays. Someone needs to be in to sign for any deliveries. We can arrange timed and Saturday morning deliveries for an extra charge. Please give us a call to discuss your requirements.
We will endeavour to ship multiple items together. This means that items will arrive within the longest estimated delivery time.
If delivery times for different items differ greatly, we will endeavour to get in touch to discuss delivery options.
Warranty Information
Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. All products come with a standard 12 month warranty, but some products will have extended warranties.
To find out how long the warranty is on your equipment, please consult the individual manufacturers information, or the product specs on this web-site.
If your equipment develops a fault within its warranty period, please contact us first to obtain a returns authorisation. The product can then be returned and repaired or replaced.
If it’s out of warranty, don’t panic. Our in-house service engineers can still have a look and give you a quote for a repair.
Returns
We hope that you like and enjoy all your purchases from us, but if you receive something that doesn’t quite fit the bill, please give us a call and we will be happy to help.
Hopefully everything should arrive in full working order, but if there is a fault, we will happily replace or refund your item.
Basically we don’t want anyone to be unhappy with any purchases from us, so give us a call and we’ll do our best to sort out any problems.
