Ordering
You can place your order directly through our website, or over the phone by calling 01274 777200.
Weekdays: Orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day; shipping is subject to availability. All orders placed after 2pm will be processed / shipped the following day.
Weekends: All orders will be processed / shipped on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) or on receipt of stock.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and personal cheques.
All card payments will be processed via Stripe or Sagepay.
Personal cheques are required to clear in our bank before we can dispatch any goods. Please see the ‘Contact Us’ page for the address to send cheques to.
